SIAL CHINA 2013, the largest F&B fair in Asia was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center on 7-9 May 2013. With a professional team comprising more than 100 staff (including translators), FBC GLOBAL catered for the diverse language needs at the opening ceremony, the awarding ceremony, press conference, and wine innovation forum. The linguistic services available to the organizer and the exhibitors include: interpretation at booths, escort interpretation, and consecutive & simultaneous interpretations for high-level talks and seminars, in both major languages like English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Korean, and in those not as widely spoken, such as Portuguese, Persian, Arabic, Indian, Dutch, and Czech.
