On April 27, 2014, the two-day Outward Development which was organized at the first time by FBC GLOBAL came to close in Jiaxing. In this event, all the participants experienced classic training activities such as walking through the single-plank bridge and rock climbing, which helped them to cultivate perseverance and at the same time, improve their individual physical fitness. To be more important, the participants had a better understanding of what team was and how important teamwork was in the process. Short as the activity time was, it had a great impact on the improvement of teamwork and the whole enterprise cohesion.
