After the one-month waiting, the second episode of the innovative forum LEAP(Leverage your employment, abilities and potential) Talks 2014 was held at an auditorium of Fudan University at 7:00 P.M. May 12th.The forum is hosted by the College of Foreign Languages and Literatures of the renowned university and sponsored by FBC GLOBAL, a leading provider of multilingual solutions. Integral to the MTI Language, Culture & Technology Practice Program, the LEAP Talks will help to bridge the gap between MTI (Master of Translation and Interpreting) learning and corporate practice.

Since FBC GLOBAL put great emphasis on the forum, their important customer Fred Han, MFH General Manager in ABB Engineer, was specially invited to give the talk whose topic was Multinational Team Chemistry. He talked about some key points in the communication of Multinational Team and shared his own opinion on what should be avoided in the process. Besides, he also gave students some useful tips. The talk ended in the informative Q&A session, in which Fred Han answered the questions raised by students and gave his advices. The talk was so interesting and practical that it won accolades from everyone who attended it.
