From May 6th to 8th, 2015, the Shanghai New International Expo Center was alight with the 16th China International Food and Beverage Exhibition (otherwise known as SIAL CHINA 2015). As the largest international food and beverage fair in Asia, the event was able to bring together great exhibitors, fantastic food and fine wine from around the globe. As a language expert, FBC GLOBAL supplied its support for a dozen languages, with English, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Korean among the most popular. From press conferences to the entire opening ceremony, no matter whether at the stands or with simultaneous interpretation at the forum, FBC’s language services were well received by both the exhibitors as well as their audiences.
