On May 8th, 2015, FBC GLOBAL finally established its Management Institute in its Shanghai headquarters, an event that was soon followed by the subsequent launching of the company’s 2015 managerial training plan. Present at the event were management officials, training instructors and the most excellent employees. The new plan has three essential functions: to realize the transformation from mere career dream to real financial success; to drive the evolution of scientific knowledge to managerial art; and to bridge the gap between strategy and implementation. After the ceremony, the training instructor gave his first lecture to his trainees: FBC GLOBAL’s mission, its vision and strategies. The instructor, with his deep empirical managerial experience, displayed relevance with specific detailed cases, explaining various managerial ideas in a simple language. His stimulating and interactive lecture style has much to offer for all involved with his training. Through studying the new FBC GLOBAL Management Institute’s class series, the company’s middle management will soon be able to further enhance their understanding of and identification with the direction in which the company is heading, with simultaneous communication and execution improving both ways, as well.
